Performer's Launch Pad is a full-service career preparation hub for performers. We help actors, singers, and dancers build the essential materials they need to start auditioning, secure representation, and navigate the entertainment industry.

2. Booking & Payment

How do I book a consultation?
You can book a free consultation through our ‘Schedule’ tab.

Do I need to pay before my consultation?
Yes. While the consultation is free, a 50% deposit of your selected package/service is required at least 24 hours before your consultation to confirm your appointment.

How do I pay?
Payments must be made via Zelle to performerslaunchpad@gmail.com.

When is the remaining balance due?

  • For packages: The remaining balance is due on the day of your last session.

  • For single services: The remaining balance is due on the day of your service.

What if I don’t pay my deposit on time?
Appointments without a deposit will be automatically canceled.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

What is your refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes! We allow one reschedule per booking if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

What happens if I don’t show up for my appointment?
No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

4. Self-Tapes, Headshots & Filming

Where do self-tapes and headshots take place?
Most services are conducted in a theater studio, located in Los Angeles. Skill clips may be filmed on location depending on your needs.

What should I wear for headshots?
We recommend solid colors, well-fitted clothing, and minimal accessories. Avoid distracting patterns or logos. If you need branding guidance, we’ll discuss outfit choices during your consultation.

How long does a self-tape session take?
A self-tape session usually takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the number of scenes.

Do you provide coaching during self-tape sessions?
Yes! Our self-tape sessions include coaching, direction, and filming to help you deliver your best performance.

5. Industry & Representation

Do you help performers get agents or managers?
We provide guidance on how to submit to agencies, help you build a strong portfolio, and craft personalized cover letters—but we cannot guarantee representation.

What platforms should I be on as an actor?
Actors should have profiles on Actors Access, Casting Networks, Backstage, and Casting.com. We help with profile setup and optimization.

I’m a theater actor transitioning to film/TV. Can you help?
Absolutely! We specialize in helping theater-trained actors transition to on-camera work by creating reels, profile setups, and audition strategy coaching.
